This Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") outlines the conduct and activities that are prohibited when using services provided by JUNGLEWP LTD, a Hong Kong-based cloud web platform company. This AUP is not exhaustive, and JUNGLEWP LTD retains the right to take corrective actions in response to content or activities not explicitly covered below.

You are responsible for ensuring that both authorized and unauthorized users of your account adhere to this AUP. Any assistance you provide to another person engaging in activities that would violate this AUP if performed by you is considered a violation. JUNGLEWP LTD may revise this AUP at its discretion by posting an updated version on the JUNGLEWP LTD website and/or services.

All capitalized terms used herein have the same meanings as defined in the Terms of Service.

Illegal or Abusive Activity or Content

The use of our services for unlawful or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include:

1.Illegal Activities: Any use of our services to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal conduct or activities, including distributing content deemed unlawful by a competent court.

2. Fraudulent or Harmful Activities: Engaging in deceptive or harmful activities that may harm others, our operations, or reputation. This includes distributing fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or deceptive practices such as phishing or impersonation.

3. Violation of Intellectual Property Rights: Using our services in a manner that infringes on the intellectual property or proprietary rights of third parties, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and privacy or publicity rights.

4. Unlawful Pornography: Disseminating explicit content without consent, such as "revenge pornography," or engaging in any illegal sexual content-related activities.

5. Violent, Harassing, or Abusive Content: Creating, sharing, or promoting content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, harasses or invades the privacy of individuals, threatens public safety, or discriminates based on various factors.

6. Controlled Substances: Unlawfully selling or distributing controlled substances, including illegal or prescription drugs.

Security Violations

The security and integrity of all Systems must be maintained, and the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  1. Harmful Software: Distributing content, software, or technology that may damage or compromise computer systems, including viruses, malware, spyware, adware, Trojan horses, worms, or time bombs.
  2. Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access or use any System without permission, including probing, scanning, or testing its vulnerabilities or breaching security measures.
  3. Interception: Monitoring data or traffic on a System without authorization.
  4. Falsification of Origin: Using fake or misleading information to disguise the origin or route of messages.

Network Abuse

Network connections must be made with proper authorization, and activities such as the following are prohibited:

  1. Monitoring or Crawling: Monitoring or crawling a System in a way that disrupts its functionality or harvesting or scraping content.
  2. Deceitful Actions: Introducing viruses or other contaminating code, collecting information by deceitful means, or intentionally interfering with System functionality.
  3. Intentional Interference: Deliberately overloading a System through activities like mail bombing, broadcast attacks, or DoS attacks.
  4. Operation of Certain Network Services: Operating open proxies, open mail relays, or other similar network services.
  5. Avoiding System Restrictions: Using manual or electronic means to bypass System use limitations.
  6. Retaliation Against JUNGLEWP LTD: Engaging in behavior likely to provoke retaliation against JUNGLEWP LTD, its services, or employees.
  7. Withholding Identity: Attempting to hide or misrepresent identity or contact information.
  8. Mining of Cryptocurrencies: Mining cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or similar currencies without explicit written permission.

E-Mail and Other Message Abuse; Spamming

The distribution of unsolicited mass e-mails or messages, including spam, is prohibited. Additionally:

  1. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding bulk or commercial email in your jurisdiction.
  2. Privacy Policy: You must have a privacy policy posted for each associated domain and track anonymous complaints.
  3. .Replies to Messages: You must not collect replies to messages sent from another provider if those messages violate this AUP or the provider's acceptable use policy.

Vulnerability Testing

Without prior written consent from JUNGLEWP LTD, you may not attempt to test the vulnerability of our systems or networks, breach security measures, or conduct security or malware research.

Excessive Use of Shared System Resources

You may not use shared Systems in a way that disrupts normal operations or consumes a disproportionate share of resources. Coding abnormalities in your cloud-hosted code that conflict with other customers' usage may require correction.

Other

You must maintain valid and current information with your domain name registrar for any domain hosted on JUNGLEWP LTD's network. You may only use IP addresses assigned by JUNGLEWP LTD in connection with its services. Any DNS records or zones registered with JUNGLEWP LTD that belong to a domain for which you are not the registrant or administrative contact, as per the registrar's WHOIS system, may be modified, transferred, or deleted upon request from the registrant or administrative contact.

Our Monitoring and Enforcement

JUNGLEWP LTD reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP or misuse of its services. We may report any unlawful activity to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations as needed.

Consequences of Violation of AUP

Violations of this AUP may result in the removal, suspension, or modification of content or resources and the suspension or termination of your service. We may intercept or block any content or traffic associated with unlawful use.
